Prime Rib of Beef

Our “AAA” Canadian Prime Rib of Beef is well aged, rubbed with a unique blend of spices and slow roasted to seal in the natural juices for the ultimate in taste perfection.  We hand-carve every 10 oz. portion to order and finish it with our house made beef jus.

 

Salmon “Savoy”

A “Northern Harvest” Salmon fillet is baked and topped with a house made hollandaise sauce

 

“Sugar Shack” Chicken

A boneless and skinless fresh chicken breast rubbed with olive oil, white wine, lemon and fine herbs is fire grilled to perfection and topped with a maple bourbon beurre blanc.

 

Items above are served with market fresh steamed vegetables and our Chef’s potato of the day.

 

Pasta “Chicken Alfredo”

Fresh “Ontario” grilled chicken breast, mushrooms, roasted red peppers and shallots are tossed with penne noodles in a light cream sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.

 

Dessert

 

Homemade English Sticky Toffee cake drizzled with a warm caramel sauce.

We pan roast your Pickerel with lemon juice, herbs, white wine, butter and fish it with a grape beurre blanc for a traditional take on the freshest of ingredients.   Served on a bed of house blend rice pilaf and fresh market vegetables.

 

Stuffed Chicken Supreme

Fresh Ontario Chicken breast stuffed with sun dried cherries, rocket and chevre cheese.  Roasted and served with a local maple syrup and blood orange buerre blanc.

Surf and Turf Pasta
