At Michael’s we continuously research the best cuts and varieties of beef to offer on our menu. We examine everything from the type of beef, the marbling of the cut, the aging process, to the region that it’s from. We then select our beef for its superior quality, abundant marbling and excellent flavor, and we know you will savour every tender juicy bite. *Please allow extra time for steaks above medium temperature.
