Dietary Menu

This menu is catered to vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten allergies or intolerances, these are the dietary needs and requests that we receive most often. Additional “special menu” dishes can be created and prepared by our skilled culinary team of professionals to accommodate our guests with any other dietary needs, restrictions or choices. A fresh Canadian thick cut “AAA” Filet with optimal marbling and tenderness is char grilled to perfection

just for you. It comes served with our potato of the day and market fresh steamed vegetables.

Stuffed Chicken    G…….$26

Fresh Ontario chicken breast stuffed with local “Woolrich” chevre cheese, sun dried tomatoes

and rocket is roasted and finished with a house made gastrique.


Scallops Carbonara     G…….$35

Large Canadian Sea Scallops sautéed in butter, white wine, garlic, leeks and crispy pancetta is finished with cream, Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs and presented in a grilled Portobello mushroom cap.

Canadian Beef Tenderloin served in the grand traditional manner is enhanced with a medley of fresh vegetables, potatoes, bacon wrapped green beans, sautéed mushrooms and a Béarnaise sauce.

Semolina fettuccini tossed with local and exotic vegetables in a light three herb pesto.

*available gluten free with gluten free penne noodles.

* Pastas can be made to accommodate vegans as well.


Many items off of our main menu are easily converted to be gluten free.

Salmon Savoy and Sugar Shack Chicken, are already gluten free.

Pickerel and Stuffed Chicken are gluten free with a sauce adjustment.
